Flitwick Dolphins swimmer Autumn Handscombe competed in the ISA National Swimming Championships on the 23rd January. The Independent School Association event took place at the London Olympic Pool with over 2000 people watching!

The selection process meant that Autumn's personal best times were entered by her school into the London North Region which her school comes under and they then selected the fastest swimmers for each year group. There are 7 regions across the country taking part in this event and Autumn was selected to swim Breaststroke and Freestyle.

After some brilliant swimming by Autumn , she was very pleased to come away a new personal best time and the Bronze medal in the Breaststroke . As well as achieving a new PB and a medal , Autumn also put in a great Freestyle swim, and got a further PB! A really great achievement by one of the clubs dedicated swimmers while representing her school.

Congratulations to Autumn for not only gaining two new PBs but bringing home the bronze and continuing her successes in the swimming pool . All the coaches at Flitwick Dolphins are tremendously proud of Autumn .
